Return Window
We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

What’s Eligible

  • Unused tackle in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged products (see below for warranty info)

What’s Not Eligible

  • Products that have been fished with or altered
  • Sale items or limited-edition drops marked “Final Sale”

How to Start a Return
Email us at lee@outkasttackle.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective.

Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. Just return the item and place a new order.

Warranty & Defects
We stand behind our gear. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery—we’ll make it right.
